Zul Zamir, who hails from Ipoh and Gopeng, was nominated for Best Supporting Actor and Best Actor in Leading Role in the BOH Cameronian Arts Award 2017 and 2023 for his role as Markus
in “Kandang” and for solo show “Hujan Pagi”. He has performed internationally with KL Shakespeare Players in the Philippines, South Korea and Italy. His film and television credits include telemovie “3 Dukun Santet” (Astro), “Daulat Film and Kudeta Series” (Astro), and the sitcom “Food Trak” (RTM). He also coaches television actors. In July 2022, Zul Zamir co-founded “TTYL: Talk To You Later“, which has become the top podcast on Spotify Malaysia.
