Shafiq Nordin, a Malaysian artist, was born in 1989 in Negeri Sembilan. Shafiq has always enjoyed and excelled at creating since he was a toddler. He was just ten years old when he began sketching cartoons and cartoon characters on pages ripped from his school exercise books. Recognising his interest and preventing him from shredding additional schoolbooks, his parents purchased him his own art equipment and he began his artistic life. Shafiq specialised in painting and received his Fine Art degree from UiTM Shah Alam in 2012.
