Pusaka is a non-governmental organisation dedicated to supporting the viability of traditional Malaysian art forms such as Wayang Kulit, Mak Yong, Main Puteri, Manora and Kuda Kepang. Pusaka works closely with cultural practitioners to organise performances and youth training projects, as well as to document cultural traditions. While ensuring the viability and independence of cultural traditions at the community level, Pusaka strives to engage a wider audience in understanding and appreciating these traditions — locally, nationally and internationally.
