I was born in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and still, find myself in awe of my nation’s cultural diversity and immense history. Having spent a good portion of my childhood in the United States had cultivated a love for history and culture from a young age, putting me on the path to becoming a lifelong, holistic student of the humanities. I recently started writing as an outlet for expression and to improve my research capabilities. I look to write stories about culture, history, identity, human interconnectedness, and travels, no matter how big or small. Currently an international relations undergraduate student, I have hopes to pursue a career in the heritage sector. In my downtime, I enjoy reading books that highlight human interconnectedness (in history and culture), watching travel documentaries, rollerblading around the neighborhood, and sifting through Spotify to discover new music.
