Marielle Valmores strives to become a screenwriter and director who creates and unveils captivating stories about the various aspects of culture, individuality and family. Born in the Philippines and graduated at the University of Sto. Tomas then moved to Vancouver to take up a Creative Writing degree. Her short story, “Out of her Cage” is published in Anak Sastra’s 42nd Issue.
