Born in 1962 and raised in Kuala Lumpur. Grew up in an army camp base surrounded by a rich multi cultural background  vast lands that made imaginations so possible. Trained to teach English for primary level from Maktab Perguruan Kinta, Ipoh. In 1995 I left teaching on a scholarship to pursue my Bach in Education. I graduated in TESL from University Malaya, KL. Posted to Setapak High School, KL as an English language teacher. Completed Master’s in TESL with a research in Literature and started lecturing in TESL Dept at Maktab Perguruan Ilmu Khas, Cheras for 11 yrs. Promoted to teach in another teacher training campus in Jb and returned to IPBA, Lembah Pantai International languages Teacher training institute in K.L. The courses I teach currently are Literature in English, Methodology papers, Fundamentals in Basic Research and Language Skills. I also supervise students for school practicum and coordinate MUET.

Mother of 4 young adults; 2 married and a grandmum to a 2 yr old boy. Love reading storybooks apart from imagining and daydreaming. Poems have always impressed me till date. Have many volumes of them. Have published one poem book (The Malaysian Cherry Tree and Other Poems). Looking for a publisher to publish another 62 poems.
